COFFEE SYSTEMS / MILITARY BASES & INSTALLATIONS

A durable plan for every shift.

Explore coffee stations for administrative, staff and hospitality areas, with demand, facilities and local approval requirements made explicit.

Planning guidance, not a site specification. Final capacity, utilities and installation depend on the selected equipment and location.

THE OPERATING MODEL

Design for the busiest minutes—not the average day.

Daily volume sets the scale. The peak reveals the workflow. Read both beside the menu, operator, utilities and service plan before choosing a platform.

THE FIELD GUIDE

Six decisions that shape a workable system.

Each chapter focuses on a decision that changes machine fit. Read the opening point, then unfold the detail when it matters.

01

Define the operating setting

An installation can contain administrative offices, staff lounges, dining areas, visitor spaces and training venues. Identify the intended location and its users before selecting equipment.

Continue the field note

Count the hours of operation and determine whether the station is staffed or self-service. This guide supports equipment planning only. Procurement eligibility, security review, site access and any organizational standards must be confirmed through the responsible local process; the presence of a product here does not establish approval for a particular installation.

02

Understand shifts and surges

Measure actual drinks across the full day, including handovers and scheduled breaks. A training session can create a concentrated rush that differs from routine office use.

Continue the field note

Record the busiest fifteen minutes, the size of visiting groups and the likely share of milk drinks. Plan how the station is replenished during extended hours. Daily capacity ratings can identify clear limits, but they cannot establish the queue time or sustained performance of a specific service pattern.

03

Choose an operating model

A self-service professional automatic station may suit an administrative lounge, while a staffed hospitality point can support a traditional espresso workflow. Match the choice to the people available to operate and maintain it.

Continue the field note

Confirm whether automatic milk preparation, decaf or multiple bean choices are essential. Keep the menu understandable for occasional users. A commercial platform with a steam wand still needs an operator for that part of the drink, even when espresso extraction is automated.

04

Coordinate facilities and connectivity

Verify the exact electrical circuit, receptacle, water line, drain and water treatment needs with the facilities team. Include delivery route, counter loading review and service access in the local assessment.

Continue the field note

Network connectivity should be reviewed through the organization’s process before telemetry is assumed. Eversys warranty conditions can differ when operating data is not shared, so the commercial agreement should reflect the connectivity arrangement that is actually permitted and achievable at the chosen location.

05

Plan service around access

Identify the service provider and confirm how authorized technicians would reach the equipment when work is needed. Agree on cleaning ownership, replenishment schedules and a fallback station for downtime.

Continue the field note

Extended operating hours may require a different support arrangement from a conventional office. Keep parts, labor, travel and response commitments clear in the service agreement. Manufacturer warranty terms alone do not establish local availability, installation approval or uninterrupted service.

06

Create a reviewable equipment brief

Use the products below as planning candidates and prepare an exact configuration for local review. Include expected demand, peak workflow, equipment and accessory costs, utility work and support arrangements.

Continue the field note

JURA professional daily ratings provide useful screening limits, while larger Eversys platforms need configuration-specific planning. Verify procurement, origin, accessibility and any other applicable requirements independently through the appropriate process. A clear brief makes the operational tradeoffs visible without implying that a catalog listing carries certifications or purchasing eligibility it has not established.

SITE READINESS

The machine is one line in the site plan.

Confirm what surrounds it before cabinetry, utilities or purchasing are finalized.

01

Complete local procurement and facilities review.

02

Verify extended-hour demand and peak breaks.

03

Confirm approved connectivity and warranty conditions.

04

Arrange authorized service access and cleaning ownership.

Tri-state commercial installation is available upon request, subject to site, machine and service-area confirmation.

These model families are reasonable planning candidates for this setting—not a site-specific recommendation or capacity guarantee. Confirm demand, workflow, configuration and installation before ordering.

FROM SHORTLIST TO SITE PLAN

Turn the service plan into an equipment brief.

Share the peak window, service model and site conditions. The consultation narrows the field before retailer checkout.

YOUR OPERATING BRIEF

Use actual drink demand—not employee count. For more than 2,000 drinks per site daily, speak with a specialist.

Peak planning equivalent120drinks / hour

Your 15-minute demand × 4. This expresses the intensity of the rush; it does not predict machine output.

Across your locations200drinks / day

Assumes the same stated daily demand at each location. Model each site separately when routines differ.

A workflow people can use.

Choose employee self-service, staffed preparation or barista service. Confirm automatic versus manual milk preparation.

Ready for your facilities team.

Confirm electrical supply, treated water, drainage, counter clearances, milk cooling and service access before specifying equipment.

A coffee program with an owner.

Assign daily cleaning and replenishment. Agree on installation, local service, warranty coverage and repair arrangements for every site.

Plan the busiest fifteen minutes.

Daily ratings and lab output do not guarantee sustained mixed-drink service. A specialist should verify capacity and configuration before a commercial order.
