Checkout and payment
Purchases are completed directly on upscalecoffee.com. CoffeeDepot does not operate or host the checkout and does not receive payment-card credentials. Upscale Coffee and its payment providers apply their own privacy and purchase terms.
If optional conversion reporting is enabled, CoffeeDepot may process a signed Shopify order or refund webhook transiently. The handler stores only a pseudonymous attribution ID, order or refund ID, currency and amount. It does not persist a customer name, email address, postal address or payment data.
Configuration preferences and saved setups
Your preferences, shortlist and shopping missions personalize the machine match. Working choices remain in the browser session. If you enable “Remember my setups,” they can be restored for 30 days. You can reset and delete saved data in “Saved setups & privacy” at the bottom of the configurator.
Optional usage analytics
If enabled, interaction events and checkout attribution can be associated with a random identifier. Product pages may show an aggregate count of opted-in views from the past 30 days; it is not a count of every visit or unique person.
Appearance and product media
Your light or dark appearance is stored in the browser. Product images may be delivered from the retailer’s commerce media service, which can receive ordinary technical request information such as an IP address, browser type and referring page.
