JURA brings this specialty coffee to selected automatic coffee machines for an incomparable coffee experience at home. To prepare this trend speciality, JURA extracts nitrogen from the air around us. With a nitrogen content of around 80%, it is rich enough to create an incomparable flavor experience. With its two glass straws of different lengths, the Cold Brew Nitro Kit offers the flexibility to use different glasses and enjoy an exclusive taste experience easily and without great effort. The kit includes two glass straws (small and large) and a holder for glass straw to ensure proper positioning. What’s Included Connecting pipe Glass straws (small and large) Holder for glass straw What You’ll Need Z10 or GIGA 10 machine Single-walled glass (max height: 5.3”) Large ice cubes (do not use crushed or nugget ice) Step-by-Step Instructions Step 1:Insert glass straw into the holder for glass straw. Secure the adapter to the edge of the glass. The kit includes two straws - small and large. Use the size that works best with your glass. Note: Glass straws are fragile. Please handle with care and replacement straws are not available. Step 2: Add ice Carefully fill your glass generously with large ice cubes (smaller ice is not recommended). This step is essential to the preparation. The ice chills the coffee instantly. Note: We recommend carefully placing the ice into the glass by hand. Step 3: Attach the connecting pipe Firmly attach the connecting pipe to the top of the glass straw and to your JURA machine. Make sure the connection is snug and free of kinks.. Step 4: Select brewing settings On your machine, navigate to Cold Brew Flat White and apply the following settings: Z10: 3-oz cold brew coffee, 8 sec. milk foam, 0 sec.milk (steam). Set coffee strength to ‘strong’ for the best results. Press start. GIGA 10: L size (volume), coffee level 2 of 6, milk foam level 6 of 6, grinder set to coarse or medium,and set coffee strength to ‘strong’ for the best results. Press start. Step 5: Brew and enjoy The secret of Nitro Coffee lies in the Cold Brew Flat White. In the first step, the cold brew coffee is prepared; in the second step, it is drawn through the milk system and dispensed into the glass. The result is a Nitro Coffee with a striking cascading effect and a rich, creamy foam head. Step 6: Clean the system After preparing a Nitro Coffee, perform a Milk System Clean to ensure that the milk system is clear of any coffee residue and ready for its next preparation. Note: The connecting pipe from the Cold Brew Nitro Kit cannot be used for Milk System Cleaning, please use the clear milk hose or HP3 to perform cleaning.
